PADUCAH, Ky. (NewsFirst) — Marcus Cicchetti, 30, of Symsonia, was arrested by detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office on Monday for Rape 3rd Degree and Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree. The arrest came after an investigation that began on Sunday night when deputies responded to a local hospital.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, the investigation revealed that Cicchetti allegedly had sex with a juvenile on multiple occasions. Cicchetti also allegedly sent pictures and videos of a sexual nature to the teenager.
Deputies say Cicchetti was arrested at approximately Monday afternoon at a residence on Pugh Road in McCracken County and was booked in to the McCracken County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible according to the news release by the sheriff’s office.
