FARMINGTON, Mo. (NewsFirst) – The Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce has been busy promoting new developments coming to the area. On Wednesday, the chamber posted photos of four different commercial construction projects underway in Farmington.

On the first project, the chamber confirmed McAlister’s Deli is under construction in the Maple Valley Shopping Center area, specifically near Menards. A photo of the project shows construction is well underway on the building. Before now, those who love the restaurant’s food would have to travel to St. Louis Metro to enjoy it.

In the medical field, construction is well underway on a new Medical Arts Clinic adjacent to the BJC Parkland Medical Center building.

Parkland Health Center broke ground on a new 30,000+ square-foot Medical Office Building to house the hospital’s primary care services. The Medical Office Building will occupy one portion of the recently acquired seven-acre property adjacent to the hospital with a targeted completion date of November 2024.

Construction of the new facility for Heartland Veterinary Center is getting ready to get underway. Their new location is off College Street.

Brothers Pub & Grub, touted as a family friendly bar & grill is under construction off Hwy 221 & Bray Road. There is no word on a completion date.
