LEDBETTER, KY – On Saturday, December 3rd, 2023, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office swiftly responded to a disturbance reported on Sharon Drive in the Ledbetter Community. The ensuing investigation took an unexpected turn when 20-year-old Hunter Culp was discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia containing suspected fentanyl.

As a result of the findings, Hunter Culp was arrested and charged with the following offenses:

  • Harassment involving physical contact but no injury
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • First-degree possession of a controlled substance, specifically fentanyl

Culp was promptly confined to the McCracken County Jail, where he will await legal proceedings related to the charges brought against him.
