FRANKLIN COUNTY, ILLINOIS (NewsFirst) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in finding three individuals who are wanted for fleeing an officer, drug charges, and battery charges.
If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous. Contact your local law enforcement agency or the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office at 618-438-4841. You may also submit a tip on the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office “submit a tip” section of the mobile app. Reminder, ALL subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of the law.
Ryan D. Hartline is wanted out of Franklin County for fleeing/attempting to elude a Peace Officer. Hartline is 27 years old. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
Kaleb E. Mandrell is wanted out of Franklin County for possession of methamphetamine. Mandrell is 24 years old. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
Seth W. Murphy is wanted out of Franklin County for battery. Murphy is 30 years old. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
