NAYFIELD, KY – The Sheriff’s Office would like to recognize Deputy Garret Clark for being the recipient of the 2023 Governor’s Award for Impaired Driving Enforcement. Each year, the deputy with the most impaired driving arrests and citations receives this award through the Governor’s Office and the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety. Every law enforcement agency in the Commonwealth has the opportunity to participate in this program and recognize those law enforcement professionals who work hard to keep our roads safe and get DUI offenders off of the streets.
