In a joint effort, deputies from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, working alongside detectives from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, successfully recovered an enclosed trailer reported stolen on December 20, 2023. The operation took place at a residence off Burna Church Road on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
During the investigation, law enforcement officials discovered illicit substances and related paraphernalia at the scene. Subsequently, 45-year-old Christopher Laureano was arrested. Charges against him include receiving stolen property ($1,000 < $10,000), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Laureano has been lodged at the McCracken County Jail.
