HAMPTON, KY — On December 26, 2023, deputies from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office executed a targeted search warrant at 702 Bell Street, Hampton, KY, as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activities. The operation resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine, marijuana, currency, and drug paraphernalia, all indicative of drug trafficking. Consequently, two individuals, 29-year-old Alyssa Mallory and 29-year-old Silas Gray, were taken into custody.
Mallory faces charges, including:
- First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (2nd or greater offense, involving 2 grams or more of methamphetamine)
- First-degree possession of a controlled substance (2nd offense, unspecified drug)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change.
Gray is charged with:

- Possession of marijuana

This recent arrest follows Mallory’s prior legal troubles in 2019, where she was found guilty of facilitation of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first offense trafficking in marijuana (< 8 ounces), and complicity to first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
