PADUCAH, Ky. — Lyon County Emergency Management reports U.S. 641 is now open after a semi crash near the 1-mile marker north of Eddyville.
The crash occurred along U.S. 641, approximately a mile north of the U.S. 62 intersection between Eddyville and Fredonia.
The truck, loaded with auto parts, necessitated an assessment for offloading, though details on its status are unavailable.
The estimated duration of the closure was 4 hours.
Passenger vehicles were advised to self-detour via KY 1943, KY 373, and U.S. 62. Commercial trucks were directed to detour via an approved state route suitable for their weight classification.
