MARSHALL COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) — On 01/27/2024, Dustin Ellenberger age 42 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol aggravating circumstances and failure to produce insurance when the vehicle he was operating was stopped on US 68 East in Marshall County.
On 01/29/2024, Jacob Brown age 32 of Princeton KY, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine) enhanced, and possession of drug paraphernalia when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on Kennedy Ave in Marshall County.
On 01/28/2024, Dillion Nicholas age 24 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 01/27/2024, Heath Wiederin age 44 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance 2nd offense, and several other traffic offenses. Wiederin was operating a motor vehicle that stopped on US 641 in Draffenville.
On 01/27/2024, Michael Hobbs age 61 of Scotts Hill TN, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on US 68E. Hobbs was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, driving of suspended license and other traffic offenses. John Delaney age 50 of Scotts Hills TN, a passenger in a vehicle being operated by Mr. Hobbs was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 01/27/2024, Linda Kerns age 62 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense when the vehicle she was operating was involved in a collision on US 68 E.
