Closure for replacement of culvert near 4mm
PADUCAH, Ky. (February 2, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to close a section of KY 2595/Lakeview Church Road on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
KY 2595/Lakeview Church Road will be closed near the 4 mile marker to allow a culvert that carries a branch of Cypress Creek to be replaced. This closure is along KY 2595 between Red River Road and Suwanee Circle about 1/2 mile west of the U.S. 641 intersection.
KY 2595/Lakeview Church Road is expected to close promptly at 8 a.m., CST, Tuesday, immediately after the morning school bus run. The roadway is expected to reopen to traffic around 2 p.m., Tuesday.
There will be no marked detour.
KYTC District 1 will attempt to provide timely notice should KY 2595/Lakeview Church Road reopen to traffic earlier than expected.
