PADUCAH, KY (NEWS FIRST) – A &J Liquors, 1004 North 13th Street
Paducah Police are investigating an armed robbery
that occurred at a local liquor store early Tuesday morning. Police
responded to the liquor store just after midnight. An employee said he was leaving for the night when a man approached him with a gun and demanded money. The suspect took money from the employee, his wallet, and his cell phone. The employee described the suspect as a black male, 6’1, and skinny. The suspect was wearing a mask that concealed his identity.
The employee was not injured in the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at 270-444-8550.
