BENTON, KY (NEWS FIRST) – On February 7, 2024, Caleb Wagers, 37, of Benton, Kentucky, was arrested after officers with Probation and Parole requested assistance at a residence on Dunn Cemetery Rd in Marshall County. Wagers faces charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
