LYON COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) — The Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help with a burglary and theft investigation which was initiated on Sunday, February 11th.
Earlier this date a burglary was discovered off KY 93 South in the area which was damaged by the December 2021 tornado event. An elderly victim’s garage was forcibly entered. Once inside, thieves stole multiple boxes containing #10 size (5lb) cans of dehydrated food.
Many of these brands were Honeyville and Saratoga Farms.
In addition the unidentified offenders also stole a Wurlitzer jukebox; however, it was located outside the structure overturned and damaged.
