CARLISLE COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) — On February 12th, 2024, Michael Arrowood (48) of Bardwell, KY came to the Carlisle County Court House to meet with his Probation and Parole Officer. During the meeting Mr. Arrowwood was required to provide a urine sample for a drug screen.

While providing the sample Mr. Arrowood was observed wearing an elastic belt next to his skin. Upon removal of the belt a plastic container containing a substance consistent with urine was located. The container had a short tube extending down to his genitalia for the purpose of providing a false urine sample. Mr. Arrowood admitted that he had recently used methamphetamine and would fail the drug test.

He was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence and lodged at the Ballard County Jail.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
