Water main replacement work to take several months
PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 13, 2024) – A contractor for the City of Clinton plans a work zone for utility upgrades along a section of KY 123/East Clay Street in Clinton starting Monday, February 19,2024.
Rogers Utility Solutions will initially be working along KY 123 in the 400 Block of East Clay Street near the Barklay Street intersection to take up sidewalks to prepare for installation of a new water main.
Motorists should be alert for one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers. Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and utility personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
This work zone will be active during daylight hours anytime weather allows for the next several months.
