12/11/23 – Victoria V. Victor, 40, of Colorado Springs, CO, was arrested for Public Intoxication-Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol)
12/12/23 – Matthew Belyew, 38, of Calvert City, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence Substance – 1st offense & No Operators License
12/15/23 – Andrea G. Blanton, 25, of Benton, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol (1st offense), Failure to Use Child Restraint Device in Vehicle, & Failure to Produce Insurance Card
12/20/23 – Erskin R. Estes, 46, of Gilbertsville, was arrested for two warrants out of Calloway County. Both warrants were for Probation Violation (for felony offense).
12/31/31 – Brandon A. Huerta, 38, of Benton, was arrested for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st offense), Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Marijuana, & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
