Henderson, KY – Herbert McKee Jr. – Commonwealth’s Attorney announces that on March 6, 2024, Wallace pled guilty to Importing & Trafficking in Heroin and First-Degree Trafficking in Methamphetamine more than 2 grams. He was sentenced to 16 years in prison.

On March 5, 2024, Holmes pled guilty to Trafficking in Methamphetamine more than 2 grams, 2nd or Greater Offense, and First-Degree Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument. He was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

On March 5, 2024, Cunningham pled guilty to 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol 4th Offense or Greater with Aggravating Circumstances, 2 counts of Driving on DUI Suspended License 2nd Offense or Greater, and Reckless Driving. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
