GRAVES COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) —

Theft suspect being sought

The Graves County Sheriff’s Office is currently attempting to locate 41 year old Justin B. Riley of the Golo area of Graves County.

Theft related arrest warrants have been issued in both Graves and Calloway Counties for Riley in connection to unrelated thefts.

On March 08, 2024, a resident of Calloway County who lives on the Graves County line reported to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office that their 2003 Honda Rincon TRX650 ATV had been stolen.

On Monday March 11, 2024, the Graves County Sheriff’s Office recovered the stolen 4-wheeler from a rural and remote area in eastern Graves County. The subsequent investigation revealed that Riley had been in possession of the stolen ATV, as well as being seen and identified in the area and around the time of the theft.

He is being sought in connection to this theft and a warrant charging him with Receiving Stolen Property has been secured.

He is also wanted on an active arrest warrant out of Calloway County in connection to a utility trailer that had been stolen from the parking lot of Walmart in Murray, Ky on February 24, 2024.

Charges from that incident are pending as well.

If anyone has information as to Riley’s whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, the Caloway County Sheriff’s Office, or the Murray Police Department.

Thank you,

Sheriff Jon Hayden
