MARSHALL COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) — For the past two months, Judge Spraggs, Emergency Management Director Curt Curtner, and the Pirates Cove Homeowners Association have been working together to get a new outdoor warning system in the Pirates Cove subdivision. Today, the new system was placed and will be tested in coming days. The Hardin outdoor warning system was also moved to a new location today. Special thanks to West Ky Rural Electric, Marshall County special projects, and Sirens for Cities for committing their time and resources to assist.
