MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) — On March 11, 2024, McCracken County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Reidland Fire Department responded to the 2200 block of Ted Williams Road to the complaint of a structure fire.
Upon arrival, firefighters and deputies determined that the fire was suspicious in nature. Sheriff’s Detectives responded to the scene and determined that Crystal D Stinnett, 31 of Paducah had set a fire inside the residence while it was occupied. The structure was a total loss. Another camper nearby the residence also sustained significant fire damage.
Detectives arrested Stinnett for Arson First Degree and Arson Second Degree. Stinnett was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Detention Center without incident.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Reidland/Farley Fire Department and Mercy EMS.
