WILLIAMSON COUNTY, ILLINOIS (NewsFirst) — Violation Of Pretrial Release

Williamson County, Illinois – On March 8, 2024, at 1454 hours, Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a report that Jessica N. Ford was near a residence in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street, Creal Springs in violation of her pretrial release.

Ford’s ankle monitor showed her within a restricted 500-foot radius of the protected address.

Upon arrival, Deputies located Ford near the intersection of Park and Magnesia Streets.

Ford was previously arrested on February 11, 2024, for Violation of Pretrial Release, as well as Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer.

Ford was cited for Violation of Pretrial Release a violation of 720 ILCS 5/32-10.

Ford was transported to and remanded into the custody of the Williamson County Jail.
