MARSHALL COUNTY, KENTUCKY (NewsFirst) —
On 3/12/2024, Olivia Howard age 29 of Mayfield KY, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Howard had outstanding warrants from another state.
On 3/15/2024, Monica Brown age 45 of Princeton KY, was arrested when the vehicle that she was operating was stopped on US 641 in Marshall County. Brown was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st degree and careless driving.
On 3/17/2024, Jeffrey Clark age 59 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
On 3/18/2024, Felicia Dowell age 36 of Mayfield KY, was arrested on a criminal complaint warrant charging her with fugitive from another state.
On 3/18/2024, Amber Bay age 44 of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies were called to Marshall County ER due to a disturbance. When deputies arrived the made contact with Ms. Bay. Bay was screaming and cursing causing alarm. Bay spit in the deputies face then was arrested for the following, Menacing, disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and assault 3rd degree.
On 3/18/2024, Paula Vanover age 60 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with assault 2nd degree.
