JEFFERSON COUNTY, ILLINOIS (NewsFirst) —
Two Warrant Arrests
Earlier today, Deputies with Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Officers with Mt. Vernon Police Department assisted the US Marshal Fugitive task force attempt to locate two individuals who had out of state warrants.
Units located Blake Christie, 24 years old, at a residence on Hemlock Ct in Mt. Vernon.
They also located Ethan Christie, 22 years old, at another residence on Hemlock Ct in Mt. Vernon.
Blake and Ethan were transported to the Jefferson County Justice Center where they both were charged with Sexual Assault warrants from Michigan. Blake and Ethan remain incarcerated and awaiting extradition back to Michigan.
Both subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
