PADUCAH, KY (News First) – On Friday, March 29, 2024, at 2127 hours, a deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Dystan Holmes, who was operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Holmes was found in possession of approximately 11 grams of suspected crack cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia during the stop. He was subsequently arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.

  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Cocaine)
  • Trafficking in Marijuana
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
