Calloway County, Kentucky (NewsFirst) — On April 5, 2024 deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 80E in Murray for traffic violations. The driver, Joey L. Duncan, was found to be in possession of illicit drugs. He was arrested and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility. He pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense in Calloway County in 2021.
