PADUCAH, KY – Deputies conducted a traffic stop on April 7, 2024, at a gas station on Lone Oak Road. During the stop, deputies noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered a quantity of marijuana and methamphetamine.
The male driver was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail for processing.
Charges against the individual include:
- Failure To Dim Headlights
- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Marijuana
- Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
