Mathew R. Carter is wanted out of Franklin County for possession of methamphetamine. Carter is 45 years old. He was last known to be living in the Christopher area.
Amy J. Martin is wanted out of Franklin County for theft. Martin is 42 years old. She was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
Bart C. Eberhardt is wanted out of Franklin County for retail theft. Eberhardt is 28 years old. He was last known to be living in the DuQuoin area.
