FANCY FARM, Ky. (News First) — This afternoon, a golf cart parked in front of the Dollar General Store in Fancy Farm was stolen. The suspect got out of an older green or blue van that was being driven by the female depicted in the below photographs. The male is described as being a white male with tattoos and long hair.
