Fancy Farm, KY (News First) – An arrest has been made in connection with the theft of a golf cart from the Fancy Farm area. Sheriff’s Deputy Peyton Jackson apprehended Jessie W. Ballard, 30, of Kevil, Kentucky, late this evening. The stolen golf cart has been successfully recovered.
Ballard faces a felony theft charge and has been lodged at an out-of-county detention center. He has a history of prior felony convictions, including burglary and possession of methamphetamine.
