PADUCAH, KY (News First) – McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James D. Hicks, 57, of Paducah, Ky., on May 3, 2024, following a traffic stop on Lone Oak Rd. Hicks, operating a 2011 Mitsubishi passenger car, was found in possession of Crystal Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to McCracken County Regional Jail and faces charges including possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, alongside vehicle-related infractions.
