MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (News First) — Two individuals were apprehended during a drug inquiry in the Farley vicinity of McCracken County on Thursday evening.

Detectives from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office executed an investigation on 05/09/2024, culminating in the acquisition of a search warrant for a residence situated at 142 Valley Street in Farley. Subsequent to the service of the search warrant, detectives apprehended two individuals inside the residence: 47-year-old Billy Burkeen and 42-year-old Tiffany Setters-Williams.

The search of the premises yielded Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Xanax, Marijuana, Psilocybin Mushrooms, and various other illicit substances. Additionally, detectives confiscated currency believed to be proceeds from illicit drug transactions. Approximately 120 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine were seized during the investigation.

Burkeen faces charges related to the possession and trafficking of illegal drugs, while Setters-Williams was apprehended due to multiple outstanding arrest warrants and a probation violation.

Both individuals were incarcerated at the McCracken County Regional Jail.

    • Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine (two counts), possession of Heroin, possession of a hallucinogen (mushrooms), possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Tiffany Setters-Williams, 42, of Fisher Blvd (McCracken County)
    • Charges: Probation violation and other outstanding bench warrants
