NEW CONCORD, Ky. – Jesse Parker, 34, was arrested early Friday morning after deputies discovered he had an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop.
The warrant, issued after a March 2 incident, alleged that Parker had taken a firearm and other property without returning them. Authorities had made multiple attempts to contact Parker before issuing the warrant.
Parker was taken into custody and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center. He faces charges of theft by unlawful taking of a firearm, a Class D felony, and theft by unlawful taking of all other property.
