MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. — Deputies from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check on Saturday at approximately 12:45 p.m. in the area of Blandville Road and Massac Church Road. Reports indicated a man was seen walking along the roadway with blood on him, and a motorcycle was found lying in a nearby yard.
Investigations revealed that Evan Dulworth, of La Center, was riding a motorcycle southbound on Massac Church Road when he veered off the roadway, resulting in a crash.
Deputies treated Dulworth at the scene, applying a tourniquet to his left leg. Mercy Regional EMS provided additional care and transported him to a local hospital for non-incapacitating injuries.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Mercy Regional EMS and the Lone Oak Fire Department.
