PADUCAH, Ky. (News First) — With the new school year approaching, Paducah Police Department officers have spent the past week training to respond to active shooter threats at Clark Elementary School. Officers learned critical skills, preparedness, and response tactics to increase their effectiveness in the event of an emergency situation.
The department extends its gratitude to the staff at Clark Elementary for accommodating the training while they prepare for the new school year.
