MURRAY, Ky. – On June 18, 2024, at approximately 8:30 p.m., deputies executed a search warrant at a residence on Hwy 641 Bypass South. During the search, a firearm was located, leading to the arrest of Reginald J. McNutt, 74, of Murray. McNutt, a convicted felon, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a Class D felony.
The investigation received assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, as well as the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.
