Roadway closed from 8 a.m., to 4 p.m., CDT
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 14, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to close a section of KY 402 between Hardin and Aurora in Marshall County on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
KY 402 (Aurora Highway) will be closed at mile point 9.9 to allow an inspection of the Clarks River Bridge. Due to limited space on the bridge deck, the roadway will be closed to allow the inspection team to complete their work in one day.
The roadway is expected to close promptly at 8 a.m., CDT, Tuesday. KY 402 is expected to reopen around 4 p.m., Tuesday.
The closure is along KY 402 between Old Hardin-Olive Lane and KY 982 (Old Olive Road), a little less than 2 miles west of the U.S. 641 intersection at Hardin.
