ST. LOUIS (News First) — The St. Louis Cardinals completed a three-game sweep of the San Francisco Giants with a 5-3 victory at Busch Stadium on Sunday.
Sonny Gray went seven strong innings, earning his ninth win of the season. Gray allowed just two runs and struck out six, keeping the Giants’ offense in check.
