PRYORSBURG, Ky. (News First) — Murray Jordan Akers was located and arrested in Pryorsburg on charges of selling crystal methamphetamine in the Pryorsburg and Wingo areas. A more detailed release will follow at a later date. Earlier reports indicated that Akers had not been located. He was wanted for a parole violation and warrants for contempt of court for non-violent offenses.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office had been actively searching for Akers after he fled from a traffic stop in the area of KY 1748 West and Finks Lane. They advised residents to call 911 if Akers was spotted.
