LOS ANGELES (News First) — Shannen Doherty, best known for her roles on “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Charmed,” has died at 52 after a long battle with cancer. Doherty announced in February 2020 that her cancer had returned and was at stage four. In October 2021, she provided an update on her treatment. By June 2023, Doherty revealed the cancer had spread to her brain and was terminal. In November 2023, she shared that the cancer had spread to her bones. Despite undergoing a new treatment in January 2024, which she called a “miracle,” Doherty succumbed to the disease on July 13, 2024, according to a statement from her publicist.
