On July 21st, 2024, law enforcement officers from the Livingston County and Lyon County Sheriff’s Offices, alongside members of the Western Kentucky Violent Crime Task Force, successfully executed a coordinated operation to recover stolen items reported in multiple burglary and theft cases across Livingston and Lyon Counties.
The meticulous efforts of the officers resulted in the recovery of numerous stolen items from three separate locations, following the execution of search warrants.
As a result of the investigation, deputies from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Billy Dismore of Livingston County. Dismore faces charges including two counts of third-degree burglary and two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Additional charges against Dismore are anticipated in Livingston County as the investigation continues.
In connection with the ongoing investigation, Livingston County deputies are actively searching for 40-year-old Brandon Cannon. Information leading to Cannon’s arrest can be reported to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office at (270) 928-2122.
