PADUCAH, Ky. (Aug. 11, 2024) — One person was hospitalized after a shooting early this morning near a local nightclub on the 900 block of Boyd Street.
At approximately 2:45 a.m., officers with the Paducah Police Department, who were nearby, heard gunshots and began investigating. They discovered that a victim had been shot and was transported by private vehicle to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
