Work scheduled from 8 p.m. to midnight
PADUCAH, Ky. – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to utilize mobile lane restrictions along a section of Interstate 69 in Marshall County on Thursday, August 29.
Workers will be taking core drillings of the roadway between the 36 and 52 mile markers in both the north and southbound lanes from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Motorists should be alert for one lane traffic in various areas of this 16 mile stretch throughout the night. Lane restrictions will be mobile and follow the work as it progresses through the project area.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
