VIBURNUM, Mo (News First) – Old Miners Days in Viburnum will be happening soon. The festival is coming up on Friday evening, October 4th and all day on Saturday the 5th. Marty Maize is the owner of Blackie’s Auto. He’s also in charge of the food booths this year. Maize knows how to select them.
Old Miners Days in Viburnum begins Friday evening, October 4th at 5 with the Tiny Tot, Little Miss Junior Miss and Miss Viburnum Pageants at the Elmer P. Beard Gymnasium. Saturday the 5th will feature free mine tours, two big parades, crafters, live music, kids’ games and bouncy houses. Then that Saturday night at 6:30 at the gymnasium, Inspyral Circus will perform.
