MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. — The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 66-year-old Howard L. Rushing of McCracken County, who is wanted on two outstanding warrants for trafficking in methamphetamine.
Rushing is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
