COLUMBIA, Mo (News First) – The Missouri Tigers football team showed off a refreshed running game last week against Murray State, when transfers Nate Noel and Marcus Carroll each reached the end zone in the 9th-ranked Tigers’ 51-0 rout.
The duo figures to have a tougher test Saturday night against Buffalo, which held Lafayette to 43 yards rushing in the Bulls’ own win last week. Missouri moved up two spots in the AP Top 25 this week. They will have to avoid looking ahead to next week and a date with Boston College, which just beat Florida State.
