WASHINGTON CO, Mo (News First) – A man from Irondale was seriously injured following a motorcycle crash Thursday afternoon in Washington County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place on ‘U’ Highway near Spicer Road south of Irondale when a 2002 Honda motorcycle driven by 34-year-old John T. Renshaw ran off the road, overturned and then struck a fence. Renshaw was seriously injured. He had to be flown to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for treatment. Renshaw was not wearing a helmet.
