FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo (News First) – Two convicted felons who were caught with firearms and homemade silencers have been sentenced to federal prison. On Friday, U.S. District Judge John Ross sentenced 35-year-old Steven Matthew Dinzebach of Franklin County to 72 months in prison. He will be supervised for three years after his release from prison. Meanwhile last Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Audrey Fleissig sentenced 44-year-old Bryan Daniel Flynn of Ballwin to 75 months in prison. He will be on supervised release for two years after his prison release. Flynn pleaded guilty in April to being a felon in possession of a firearm. He admitted being caught with 30 firearms, despite being a convicted felon who is barred from possessing guns. He also had homemade silencers, ballistic vests, stolen property and drugs.
