LESTERVILLE, Mo. (News First) – A new playground has been erected on the campus of the Lesterville School District and the students seem to love it. Superintendent Jeremy Myers explains how the district paid for the playground.
Superintendent Myers says a young student who passed away recently was recognized during the playgrounds’ grand opening.
Damien “D.D.” Woods was the young student who passed away and was honored with a Buddy Bench dedicated in his honor.
