FARMINGTON, Mo. (News First) – The Farmington Knights football team has played three games and all have come down to one score being the difference maker. The 2-1 Knights are also putting up the points. They scored 17 in their seven-point loss to North County. In week two, they had 28 points in their six-point win over St. Clair and last week, Farmington scored 36 in their three-point win against Poplar Bluff. Some offensive credit has to go to Knights starting Quarterback Brett Drye. News First got a chance to speak to Drye. He tells us when he began learning about the quarterback position.
We asked Drye what’s the one thing he’s taken away from his coaches.
Drye also runs track for Farmington. He says those coaches have helped him too as a football player.
Brett Drye is a senior this year. He and the Farmington Knights will be in Jackson this Friday night to take on the 1-2 Indians.
