On 09/27/2024, Haley Nelson (38), of Paducah KY, was arrested and served 2 warrants. The first warrant was a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Failure to appear. The second warrant was a criminal complaint warrant for the charge of assault 4th degree.
On 09/29/2024, Alexander Warmath (21) of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested when the vehicle was he was operating was stopped on Tatumsville Hwy. Mr. Warmath was charged with reckless driving, no license to be in possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st degree, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
On 09/29/2024, Austin Jackson (33) of Benton KY, was served a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of Contempt of Court.
On 09/27/2024, Joe Henderson (34) of Benton KY, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
On 09/26/2024, Amber Bay (44) of Benton KY, was arrested at a residence on Murray Highway for the charge of facilitation of violation of a KY EPO/DVO.
On 09/27/2024, Shelly Essary (52) of Jackson TN, was arrested and served a bench warrant issued out of Carlisle Circuit Court for the charge of Probation Violation.
On 09/25/2024, Jennifer Cox (39) of Paducah KY, was arrested on Bryant Rd in Marshall County on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken District Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 09/25/2024, Stacy Stites (46) of Paducah KY, was arrested at the Big Bear Boat Ramp on a bench warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit Court charging her with contempt of court.
On 09/24/2024, Robert Lima (34) of Murray KY, was served a criminal complaint warrant issued out of Calloway District Court charging him with flagrant nonsupport.
On 09/23/2024, Joshua Hannan (41) of Paducah KY, was served an arrest warrant issued out of McCracken Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 09/26/2024, Maranda Starr Mason (43) of unknown address, was arrested for the charge of criminal trespassing 2nd degree. Deputies were called to a business on US 641 N where Ms. Mason was located and refusing to leave.
On 09/26/2024, Kristen Hega (42) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 09/21/2024, deputies and detectives with the Marshall/Calloway drug task force executed a search warrant at residence on Highland Road in Marshall County. This seizure was the product of a joint investigation with Marshall Co Sheriff’s Office, Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, McCracken County Sheriffs Office, Graves County Sheriff’s Office and the DEA Paducah Post of Duty.
Once in the residence investigators located large quantities of illegal drugs. The seizure included over 500 fentanyl pills. Also on the property, law enforcement located several firearms. Arrested was a Nicole Dewayne Noonan (48) of Benton KY. Mr. Noonan was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (>2 gms) methamphetamine (enhancement), trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree >4gms, Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (Fentanyl), trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree >10 dose units, trafficking in a controlled substance 2nd degree >10 dose units (Hallucinogens), trafficking in marijuana 8oz to 5lbs, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in a synthetic drugs 1st offense. Also arrested at the residence was a Samantha Costello (35) of Benton KY. Ms. Costello was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st >10 dose units (enhanced), trafficking in marijuana <8oz and possession of drug paraphernalia
On September 16th, 2024 John Adams, 36 of Elizabethtown, KY was served a warrant charging him with Tampering with a witness.
On September 17th, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic stop on US 68 East. As a result of the traffic stop James Webster, 32, of Pembroke, KY for Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. Music Rexford, 64 of Cadiz, KY was also arrested for Trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and other traffic charges.
On September 17th, 2024 detectives conducted an investigation into the abuse of animals at a residence on Benton Birmingham Rd. As a result of the investigation Melissa Louati, 37 of Benton, KY was arrested for Torture of a dog or cat.
On September 17th, 2024 Christopher Burrus, 43 of Kuttawa, KY was arrested for a Bench Warrant for failing to appear.
On September 17th, 2024 Glen Thorn, 38 of Benton, KY was arrested for a Parole Violation Warrant.
On September 19th, 2024 Scott Robertson, 58 of Benton, KY was arrested for a Probation Violation Warrant.
On September 19th, 2024 Inego Zamora, 47 of Benton, KY was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear.
On September 20th, 2024 Kelsey Hesser, 27 of Smithland, KY was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear as well as Contempt of Court.
On September 22nd, 2024 Austin Jackson, 33 of Hardin, KY was arrested on a Complaint Warrant for Strangulation 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
On September 22nd, 2024 a deputy conducted a traffic stop on West 5th Street. As a result, Courtney Thweatt, 33 of Benton, KY was arrested for Operating a motor vehicle under the influence 2nd Offense (aggravating circumstances), Resisting Arrest, Menacing and traffic offenses.
On 09/14/2024, Jarod Woods (18) of Murray KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense. Deputies made contact with Mr. Woods when the vehicle he was operating was located in the ditch on 641 N.

On 09/14/2024, Courtney Thweatt (33) of Benton KY, was arrested when deputies responded to a restaurant in Draffenville because the female appeared to be passed out in her running vehicle. Deputies made contact with Thweatt and after a short investigation Thweatt was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense (aggravating circumstances, disorderly conduct 2nd degree and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
On 09/15/2024, Tiras Mitchell (27) of Cave City KY, was arrested at a residence on Patterson Ferry Road due to 3 outstanding bench warrants issued out of Barren Circuit Court all for the charge of probation violation.
On 09/16/2024, James Sorrells (48) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of probation violation.
On 09/14/2024, Scott Robertson (58) of Benton KY, was arrested when the vehicle that he was operating was stopped on Briensburg Road. Robertson was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense, improper lane usage, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 09/13/2024, Johnny Hall (45) of Gilbertsville KY, Croccifixio (20) of Paducah KY and Heidi Linsin (46) of Benton KY, were all arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) when the vehicle they were in was stopped on US 68 and Beal Rd. Johnny Hall was also charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license due to him driving the vehicle with a suspended license.
